Beach Rules
- ●Dogs are tolerated on the lagoon side (Boca Velha) but there is no formal pet designation — check signage.
- ●Owners must clean up after their dogs — bring your own bags.
- ●Dogs must have a microchip and be registered; carry your DIAC or pet passport.
- ●Potentially dangerous breeds must wear a muzzle and be on a leash no longer than 1 metre.
- ●Avoid the concessioned ocean beach during bathing season — stick to the lagoon side.

- 🐾Head to the lagoon side (Boca Velha) for calm, shallow freshwater — much safer for dogs than the ocean side.
